Assalamualaikum,

For those who are unfamiliar with JB, don't be surprise if you suddenly notice a build up traffic after you passed by JB's City Hall and the Post Office. This is because where the Pasar Karat located. 

Pasar Karat JB is also known as Bazar JB. It is located at the city of Johor Bahru which is around the River Segget JB. It will be operating from Monday till Friday from 6.00 p.m. to 12 a.m. and 7.30 a.m to 12 a.m for Saturday and Sunday. 

This market is covered of a number of business activities such as night markets, flea bazaar, and more. The business permits were made available on a nightly basis for RM 5 per night ( USD 1.50 ) per business lot which is no business licenses required.
